Fitness Training Hourly Fees: $120 - individual session $160 - two people Assessment Only: Assessment of strength, posture, balance, core and cardio conditioning. Also includes body fat %, circumference measurements and suggestions to add to your existing program to increase strength and balance in your program based on results from assessment tests. $350. Jump Start Package: 5 fitness training only sessions for $500. Lifestyle Package: 10 fitness training only sessions for $800. Set Up Program Package: Assessment Session (approx.1.5 to 2 hours), program set up and analysis, 5 sessions over the period of 5 Months for re-evaluation. $625. Can only be purchased once. Nutrition and Fitness Training Training and nutrition: Includes an initial nutrition assessment, and weekly nutrition reports and consulting. Along with 10 One Hour fitness training sessions. $1125 Training, nutrition, and time in the kitchen: Includes the above 10 training sessions, a detailed nutrition assessment and approx. 3 hours of cooking time in the kitchen to learn portion sizes and how to change you daily meals to a lower caloric version. $1375 Nutrition assessment: Detailed assessment of current diet and your nutritional intake. Assessment includes both micro and macro nutrients analysis, suggestions for any needed dietary changes and a sample food menu. $375 Nutrition Assessment and Time in the Kitchen.
