My goal is to fit fitness into your life. I think it is important to make my clients' workouts fun! I make sure to keep their sessions challenging by throwing in a surprise or two. I believe in promoting Functional Training! I think it is important for my clients to train so they are able to improve their daily functional tasks or to improve their sport specific tasks. Most movements you make throughout the day are large full body movements, functional training trains the muscles involved in these movements, particularly your core muscles that are your abs, back and legs. This is where most of your power comes from to perform your specific daily activities. My goal is to have my clients improve so that their daily activities and workouts become easier. A typical session involves any or all of the following: cardio circuits (circuit training), medicine ball work, core strength training, and a variety of full body functional specific moves. I also analyze their diets to ensure a well rounded program is developed for each individual. My clients work hard but they leave with a smile on their face ready to take on any tasks the day will bring... It is also a common goal for my clients to want to lose weight. After a diet assessment is completed I can give them ideas on how to adjust their eating habits for best results. Once they start to workout with me they start to realize that fitness has added benefits. They immediately begin to feel better, they start to sleep better, their energy levels increase and many of them find that both their blood pressure and cholesterol levels are reduced, basically their overall outlook on their day is greatly improved...and of course they start to lose weight!
